I have accompanied individuals and small groups through deep contemplative experiences — from extended meditation and somatic practices rooted in 23 years of personal practice, to carefully held transpersonal encounters for those called to go further. My path began with Willigis Jäger at 17, deepened through a Kundalini awakening at 22, continued through study in India, and has been informed by the Shipibo, Wixárika, and Bwiti traditions. The contemplative ground came first; everything else grew from it.
